Our mission is to investigate how AI intersects with design, behavior, and decision-making: running short, focused experiments and publishing every result publicly so anyone can learn from — or build on — what we find.

Research — We investigate novel architectures, fine-tuning methods, and human-AI interaction patterns.

Prototyping — We build fast, opinionated demos that test hypotheses in the real world.

Publishing — We document findings openly so the broader community can build on our work.

We work in short, focused sprints. Each project has a clear question it tries to answer. We prefer shipping imperfect things quickly over polishing indefinitely.
